Conference 2017 | #empl-oi

The #empl-oi dissemination conference took place on October 5th, 2017 in Kaunas Lithuania and was hosted by Vytautas Magnus University. The aim of the conference was to deepen the knowledge of the innovative learning material – the #empl-oi Open Online Course on Social entrepreneurship- prepared by European universities and companies. The conference was also focused on the Guidelines; a tool that helps to ensure a smooth and regular collaboration between universities and companies.

Academics, professionals from the labor market and policy makers were invited to share their experience and training methodologies for the development of social entrepreneurship mindsets. Panel and plenary discussions were mainly based on most efficient methods to improve universities and companies’ cooperation. It was also an occasion to get awareness on the stakeholders’ expectations, involved in this collaboration. Participants also had the possibility to attend workshops to test the Open Online Course and share their feedback.

Programme

All the activities planned were held at Vytautas Magnus University. The planary and workshop sessions took place in Gimnazijos g.7 at Didžioji aula.
